President-Elect Groper Con Man In Chief Donald Trump Swamp Gets Murkier With Crooks, Liars, Thieves, Racists, Bigots, And White Supremacists!

[NYT] “Now that he is president-elect, Donald Trump’s anti-corruption promise to “drain the swamp” of Washington lobbyists and powerful insiders seems to be rapidly dissolving in the swamp itself. An untold number of lobbyists and special interest players have been helping the Trump team’s transition to the White House, their path made easier, according to news reports, by vague and porous ethical standards.

The most mischievous of these is a rule by which applicants merely have to de-register as government lobbyists one day to be ready the next for transition and administration jobs. It’s not hard to imagine a lobbyist taking down his shingle on Monday and joining the Trump team on Tuesday, eager to rewrite government regulations that cover his former clients’ areas of interest.

“I’m calling it the shadow lobbying society,” Paul Miller, president of the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics, told Politico, the news site, in predicting that more and more lobbyists will de-register if that’s all it takes to join the Trump administration.”

Donald Trump Is The Reincarnation Of Deceased Openly Racist Alabama Governor, George Wallace. To Deny That Trump Is A Racist Would Be The Same As Believing You Are Dead When You Are Not!

The Now Owned Corporate Media Are Too Busy For Ratings And Ignore The Enormity Of Donald Trump’s Racism, However, Trump’s Ideas Weren’t Born Because He Is Running For President. Donald Trump Has Been, Is And Always Will  Be A Racist, Bigot, A Charlatan And Mountebank.

Donald Trump is more dangerous than the Iran Deal because Trump is sowing discord from inside America, creating Anarchy with people hiding behind Anarchists to cover up their racism. This man Donald Trump is a product of the extreme right-wing within the Republican Party.

“Anthony and Henry Lee were no different than thousands of other black Southern teenagers caught in the intense battle over the implementation of Brown v. Board of Education. But their names would go down in history.

Alabama Gov. George Wallace took office in January 1963 vowing “segregation now, segregation tomorrow and segregation forever.” Two weeks later, Montgomery civil rights lawyer Fred Gray filed Lee v. Macon County Board of Education, seeking to have 14 African-American teens, led by Anthony and Henry, admitted to the all-white Tuskegee High School. U.S. District Judge Frank M. Johnson Jr. granted Gray’s petition in July.

On Sept. 2, the day classes were scheduled to start for the fall term; Wallace issued an executive order shutting the school for a week and instructed the state police to enforce his decree.

Within days, Judge Johnson and four other federal trial judges in Alabama jointly issued a restraining order instructing the governor to stop interfering with the court-ordered desegregation of public schools in Birmingham, Mobile and Tuskegee. When Wallace ordered the Alabama National Guard to stop any nonwhite children from entering all-white schools, President John F. Kennedy federalized the guard and had them return to their armories.

But the governor wasn’t through, and he declared the state would reimburse parents if they sent their children to a new all-white private school or an all-white public school in a neighboring district. When Tuskegee High’s doors opened Sept. 9, the only students attending were the black children. Wallace then ordered the school closed, leaving the traditionally all-black Tuskegee Institute High School as the only option for students of color.

Judge Johnson had the final word. He and two other federal judges jointly ordered the state to bus the black students to the all-white public schools and enjoined the state from offering any payments to white parents who sent their kids to the private school. He also ruled that Wallace’s actions starting on Sept. 2 were evidence that state officials controlled public education, not local leaders. That finding allowed Johnson to issue a statewide permanent desegregation order as part of Lee.”

Donald Trump Vile And Filthy Statements About Women And His Bigoted Racist Disgraceful Outburst Is Not New. Republicans And Fox News Has Embraced This Sorry Excuse For A Man For Years. But Now That He Has Become A Clear And Present Danger To Republicans, Both Fox And The GOP Decided To Politically Assassinate Trump During The Fox News Freak Show Debate. Fox And The GOP Are Reaping What They Sowed!

[NYT] A defiant Donald J. Trump suggested on Sunday that he had been singled out for attacks by the hosts of last week’s widely watched Republican presidential debate and again threatened a third-party White House bid if he was not treated “reasonably fairly” by party leaders.

In a rapid-fire series of phone interviews with four Sunday television news programs, Mr. Trump defended his record on women’s issues, arguing that his real estate company had been among the first to put women in charge of major construction projects and that he had “always had a great relationship to the women.” He continued his criticism of the moderators of the debate on the Fox News network saying that no other candidate had been subjected to similarly tough questioning.

And he struck back at critics of his remarks about Megyn Kelly, one of the Fox moderators, which had resulted in his invitation to a meeting of conservatives in Atlanta on Saturday being rescinded. He said that his appraisal of Ms. Kelly’s motives for questioning him sharply during the debate — that she had “blood coming out of her wherever” — was being misconstrued by his rivals as a reference to menstruation in an effort to dampen his surge in the Republican primary. He had made similar remarks, he told more than one interviewer, about her co-moderator, Chris Wallace.

NBC will no longer be the home of the Miss Universe and Miss America pageants

NBC has cut longstanding ties with Donald Trump following the presidential hopeful’s controversial comments about immigration.

NBC will no longer be the home of the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants, which Trump produces, and Trump has already stepped down from running his reality show The Apprentice to run for president. “At NBC, respect and dignity for all people are cornerstones of our values,” the network said in a statement. “Due to the recent derogatory statements by Donald Trump regarding immigrants, NBC Universal is ending its business relationship with Mr. Trump.”

During his presidential announcement speech earlier this month, Trump called the U.S. “a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems” while speaking about immigration. “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best,” he said. “They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”

In a statement provided to TIME on Monday, Trump stood by his comments and called NBC “weak” for “trying to be politically correct.”

“If NBC is so weak and so foolish to not understand the serious illegal immigration problem in the United States, coupled with the horrendous and unfair trade deals we are making with Mexico, then their contract violating closure of Miss Universe/Miss USA will be determined in court,” he said. “Furthermore, they will stand behind lying Brian Williams, but won’t stand behind people that tell it like it is, as unpleasant as that may be.” [TIME]

Jon Stewart slams CNN Wolf Blitzer’s ‘shock’ over Baltimore: ‘Ferguson was just a few months ago’

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on April 29, 2015 by sheriffali

Hours after being called out by a Ferguson activist, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer was the butt of the joke on the Daily Show on Tuesday night, as Jon Stewart hammered him for acting shocked about the unrest in Baltimore.[Daily Show Video Link Below]

“Elvis leading a herd of orthodox Jewish unicorns through a city street — that would be hard to believe,” Stewart said. “This sh*t happens all the time. Ferguson was just a few months ago, and you were talking about it.”

To prove his point, Stewart showed footage of Blitzer acting just as apoplectic over the protests in Ferguson last November.

“I am worried about you,” Stewart said. “Do I need to get [Adam] Sandler to go over to your house and just run sh*t by you every morning?”

Overall, Stewart said, reporters have failed to pick up on the recurring nature of urban protests in the US, with Baltimore and Ferguson taking their place among manifestations of turmoil like Watts, Los Angeles, and Miami, among others.

“These cyclical eruptions appear like tragedy cicadas,” he said. “Depressing in their similarity, predictability, and intractability.”

Things are so “f*cked up” in Baltimore, Stewart explained, that its most successful employment program was casting extras for The Wire, a show devoted to showing the world how it was breaking down.

The city also let hostility fester by not taking steps to better monitor tensions between the police and residents, he said, pointing out that even volcano alerts run on a four-tier system.

“Maybe a more nuanced alert system could allow for more productive intervention beyond, ‘You have 10 seconds to disperse,’” Stewart argued. “Or we could agree to keep ignoring the roots of how systemically, historically disenfranchised many African-American communities still are, only paying attention to them when their periodic fiery ball of anger threatens to enter our airspace like some kind of Alex Haley’s comet. And once again breathing a blissful sigh of forgetful relief when it’s another near-miss.”

Ted Cruz And Adolf Hitler, Factually, Are Indivisible! Using Propaganda; Willfully Lying; Religious Fanaticism; Extreme Obsession; Bigotry; Racial Prejudice And The Likes. “Don’t Confuse Education With Intelligence.”

Speaking at the Heritage Foundation in September 2013, he lavishly praised former Senator Jesse Helms. “The willingness to say all those crazy things is a rare, rare characteristic in this town, and you know what? It’s every bit as true now as it was then. We need a hundred more like Jesse Helms in the U.S. Senate,” Cruz said.

While both Helms and Thurmond were known for their opposition to the civil rights movement, the Washington Post’s David Broder made the case that Helms was far worse in a 2001 column entitled “Jesse Helms, White Racist”:

Many of the accounts of Helms’s retirement linked him with another prospective retiree, Sen. Strom Thurmond of South Carolina. Both these Senate veterans switched from the Democratic to the Republican Party when the Democrats began pressing for civil rights legislation in the 1960s. But there is a great difference between them. Thurmond, who holds the record for the longest anti-civil rights filibuster, accepted change. For three decades he has treated African Americans and black institutions as respectfully as he treats all his other constituents.

To the best of my knowledge, Helms has never done what the late George Wallace did well before his death — recant and apologize for his use of racial issues.

In the 1960s, Helms supported apartheid. He was elected to the Senate in 1972 “as an opponent of integration, interracial marriage, and civil rights laws.” Cruz said his first political donation was a $10 donation to Helms when he was a kid.

Once in office, Helms filibustered the legislation creating the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday for 16 days and called the Civil Rights Act “the single most dangerous piece of legislation ever introduced in the Congress.” Helms was notorious for exploiting racial animus in his political campaigns, most famously running an ad featuring “a pair of white hands crumpling a rejection letter” while the narrator said “You needed that job and you were the best qualified. But they had to give it to a minority.”

While Lott’s comments in 2002 drew extensive media coverage, Cruz’s comments were quickly forgotten. There is no record of Cruz apologizing for his comments or even being asked about them. This isn’t particularly surprising since at the time Cruz was a recently elected freshman Senator from a deep red state.

But now that Cruz is running to be the Republican Party standard bearer in 2016, he has a Jesse Helms problem.
